Hot-Dip Galvanized Fastener Bolts

Hot-dip galvanized fastener bolts use high-quality industrial bolts as the base material. Through a professional hot-dip galvanizing process, a uniform and dense zinc layer is formed on the bolt surface, providing excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. They effectively resist corrosion from harsh environments such as humidity, acids, alkalis, and salt spray, significantly extending the service life of industrial bolts. We strictly control the details of the galvanizing process to ensure uniform zinc layer thickness, strong adhesion, and prevent peeling or bulging, while ensuring that the strength and precision of the industrial bolts themselves are not affected. Our products are suitable for outdoor and corrosive environments such as outdoor buildings, power and communication towers, transportation facilities, and ship docks. They require minimal maintenance and offer a cost-effective solution to the corrosion challenges of outdoor fastening.

  • Hot-dip galvanized double-ended bolts are used in outdoor flange connections, pipe supports, sewage treatment equipment, bridge expansion joints, and offshore platforms—areas requiring regular maintenance and prone to severe corrosion. These hot-dip galvanized double-ended bolts screw into the threaded hole of the base material at one end, and lock the other end with a hot-dip galvanized nut. Their double-ended structure facilitates disassembly without damaging the base material threads. In petrochemical pipe racks, water treatment tank covers, and valve flanges in coastal power plants, hot-dip galvanized double-ended bolts can withstand long-term corrosion from water mist, acidic gases, and chloride ions. Because the threads at both ends of the double-ended bolt are exposed, ordinary surface treatments quickly fail; hot-dip galvanized double-ended bolts, with their thick and uniform coating, are the preferred solution.

  • Hot-dip galvanized steel structure bolts are indispensable anti-corrosion fasteners in outdoor steel structure buildings, transmission towers, communication towers, railway catenary supports, and photovoltaic brackets. Compared with ordinary steel structure bolts, hot-dip galvanized steel structure bolts significantly improve weather resistance while retaining high preload and anti-slip performance. These hot-dip galvanized steel structure bolts are typically used with large hexagonal nuts and washers to form connection pairs, installed using the torque method or angle method, suitable for friction or bearing connections. In uncoated weather-resistant steel structures, hot-dip galvanized steel structure bolts can also serve as a supplementary anti-corrosion measure for bolted connections.
