Long-life corrosion protection: The zinc coating thickness conforms to ISO 1461, typically ≥85μm, and with passivation treatment, the initial maintenance cycle can reach 15-25 years.

Retained anti-slip performance: The washer contact surface is also hot-dip galvanized and lubricated, mating with the friction surface of the sandblasted/shot-blasted steel plate. Hydrogen embrittlement resistance guarantee: For 8.8S and 10.9S grade steel structural bolts, pickling time is strictly limited, low-hydrogen process or mechanical rust removal is adopted, and hydrogen removal treatment is carried out within 4 hours after plating.
