Product Feature
Preferred Impact-Resistant Materials: High-quality alloy steels such as 42CrMo, 40Cr, SCM435, and ML40Cr are commonly used. After tempering (quenching + high-temperature tempering), a tempered sorbitic structure is obtained, resulting in excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. The head and shank are not welded or subjected to secondary machining, maintaining intact fiber flow lines.
High-Precision Threads and Fit: Thread precision is typically 6g or higher (e.g., 4h), ensuring a stable torque-clamping force relationship with the hub nut. The shank is centerlessly ground before thread rolling, ensuring the thread-shank coaxiality is ≤0.05mm, reducing eccentric loads under dynamic conditions.
Corrosion Resistance Solutions: For snowy and coastal environments, zinc-aluminum coatings (Dacromet/Gumite), zinc-nickel alloy plating, or mechanical galvanizing are available. Combined with wax sealing or topcoat, salt spray testing can reach 500~1000 hours.
